Our service
Expert Witness Services is an independent network that introduces legal teams to expert witnesses. Any instruction, and the fees for it, are agreed directly between you and the expert you choose. We are not a party to that engagement and do not provide expert evidence ourselves.
Independence of experts
Every expert we introduce works independently and owes an overriding duty to the court under CPR Part 35. We do not ask, and you should not ask, an expert to shape an opinion to suit a case.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from any introduction made through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This section will be reviewed once our registered entity details are finalised.
