Expert evidence
that holds up.

When a dispute turns on technical proof, the expert decides it. We connect solicitors, barristers and insurers with vetted, sector-specialist expert witnesses for complex, high-value matters.

Why specialism decides it

The right expert is the one who has lived the issue.

Technical and commercial disputes are rarely won on manner. They are won on evidence that is independent, methodical and able to survive cross-examination. A generalist can describe a field. A specialist has worked in it, and knows where the real questions lie.

That is the whole of our approach: match the expert to the precise issue, and hold them to the standard the court expects.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Expert Witness Services?

We are an independent network that connects solicitors, barristers, insurers and in-house legal teams with vetted, sector-specialist expert witnesses for litigation and arbitration.

Which sectors do you cover?

We focus on the sectors where the issues are genuinely specialist: sports; media and entertainment; pharma and life sciences; shipping and maritime; logistics; defence; and IT and technology.

How does the process work?

Tell us about the matter, we shortlist suitable experts and check conflicts, and you review CVs and speak with the expert before instructing on your terms.

Is there any cost or obligation to enquire?

There is no charge to discuss a matter with us, and no obligation. Fees are agreed directly between you and the expert you instruct, on your terms.

Do your experts understand their duties under CPR Part 35?

Yes. The experts we work with understand that their overriding duty is to the court, and we never ask an expert to shape an opinion to suit a case.

Have a matter that needs an expert?

Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll come back with a considered shortlist.
